Environmental Problems

Your Email

Our environment is our most precious commodity. Our rapacious hunger for more and more wealth causes all kinds of fallout, both literal and figurative.

This human instinct needs to be tempered with respect for all. There are practical solutions to these problems, which don’t need to rely on simply shaming people or wishful thinking. We can sit down and map out the most effective approaches to these issues, with an eye to the best thinking from ecology, political science, and economics.

  1. Agree and thank you. I wish we all could work together for a common good of the people and earth. It will take a lot of work. There has to be a better balance. We have so much history to learn from these days that I forget or think is dated. Some of that information might need to be reinvented for current times but I think the answers to a lot of the questions and problems are there. There are many trying to do this andI hope more each day. I hope the big business could support(which some are) the movement and knowing they do still need to make profits but the people and earth need to be a factor too. For the long run. We need to bring forth more morals and ethics I feel. I think over the years we lost that. I know I have been selfish more than I would like to admit. I think even starting small with friends and family could be effective if we use soft force. By living as an example also. I have trouble with this. No one person can do it all, we need to work together and support good causes. Mistakes will be made but they can be a learning tool for future generation. I got a bit carried away with my writing but I hope it means something to someone. Thanks for your time if you read it. Have a great day.
